About us
Oriveda's focus is on selling well-researched functional mushroom extracts of superior quality. The composition of the extracts and the dosage recommendations are in line with the existing scientific research, not 'made up'.
Our business is based on common sense and pragmatism. We feel that every claim of quality has to be supported with facts.
Every batch of our products is tested for both safety (heavy metals) and active ingredients. We use objective ISO-17025 certified laboratories such as Eurofins and Alkemist US.

We introduced the concept of objective lab testing already in 2010. We are still one of the very few vendors that share actual lab test reports with our customers. No deceiving home-made 'certificates of analysis', no conflicts of interest (like 'in-house testing' sounds nice but it is meaningless).
Sad as it may be, it is an undeniable fact that 99% of vendors prefer to spend their money on marketing instead of quality control.

Shipping
- Orders will be shipped in a padded envelope / self-locking (or sealed) sturdy cardboard box, depending on the size of the order.
- As soon as your order has entered the logistic process you will be notified.
- Orders are usually shipped within one or two business days - you will receive a shipping confirmation including tracking information if you chose 'tracked shipping'.
Shipments to EU countries usually arrive within 3 - 5 business days.
DHL is faster ! DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes; only to home adresses or DHL pickup points.
In case you haven't received your order after one month please contact us and we will investigate. Do NOT open a Paypal case or start a chargeback procedure, but contact us directly.
